Lesson’s Presentation
The English language course is an indispensable strategic research tool, particularly given the globalization of civil and commercial transactions-the core of the Depth Private Law specialization .It transcends verbal communication to become a gateway to specialized international references.
The lesson is structured into a series of learning units designed to enable first year Master’s students to acquire the skills necessary to utilize correct legal terminology in its proper context.

Lesson’s Objectives
General Objective:
By the end of the lesson, the student shall be able to apply correct linguistic drafting rules in translating legal texts and instruments, and effectively express the legal principles underlying the Depth Private Law specialization in both Arabic and English.
Specific Objectives :
Specific Objective 01 : The student shall identify the core terminology governing Contractual Liability in both Arabic and English.
Specific Objective 02 : The student shall interpret the key clauses and provisions governing Commercial Contract in both Arabic and English.
Specific Objective 03: The student shall explore the concept of Commercial Agency agreements in both Arabic and English, highlighting its essential legal elements.
Specific Objective 04 : The student shall utilize specialized legal dictionaries and reliable digital resources to verify legal terminology pertaining to Civil Liability Insurance within the framework of E-commerce.
Specific Objective 05 : The student shall adapt english legal terminology to align with the specific legal system under study, such as Takaful insurance system in Algeria.
Specific Objective 06 :The student shall utilize english legal terminology in its correct context, particularly in cases where is no equivalent in the Algerian legal system, such as the concept of the Intelligent Agent.
Specific Objective 07 : The student shall demonstrate the application of Intelligent Agent within the framework of E-commerce in both Arabic and English.
Specific Objective 08 : The student shall apply precise translation techniques to articulate legal principles using concise english terminology without compromising legal accuracy.

English has transitioned from being a foreign language to a fundamental professional tool. For depth private law students it acts as a catalyst for developing both cognitive and practical skills.

Prerequisites (Prior Knowledge Requirements
To effectively engage with this lesson, students must possess a solid foundational knowledge of core legal concepts and the General Theory of Obligations. Specifically, a prior understanding of Legal Terminology (pertaining to civil and commercial law) and Enforcement Methods (Methods of Execution) is essential.
This prior expertise serves as the substantive framework upon which students will apply advanced English terminology, enabling them to navigate complex legal instruments and draft modern contracts within the framework of E-commerce with professional precision.
