Specific Objective 01 : The student shall identify the core terminology governing Contractual Liability in both Arabic and English.  

Scenario: While "Ahmed " was driving his car to deliver goods under a Transportation Contract with a local factory, he lost control of the vehicle. He crashed into the factory’s main gate, destroying it. In the same accident, he also hit a parked car belonging to a person who has no relationship with the factory.

Questions:

1.     Analyze Ahmed's liability towards the Factory.

2.     Analyze Ahmed's liability towards the owner of the parked car.
