Activity Objective: To assess the student's mastery of the procedural objectives for Unit One, entitled "Contractual Liability."
Context & Rationale: In order to evaluate the student's ability to accurately identify the conditions for invoking contractual liability as stipulated in the Civil Code, and to correctly contrast it with the second branch of civil liability—namely tortious liability—in both Arabic and English, each student is required to answer the following questions. Students are advised to review their responses thoroughly before final submission.
Note: Students are permitted three (3) attempts, and the highest grade achieved will be recorded. This evaluation policy shall apply to all objective activities provided throughout this unit.
