type, intensity, and duration of physical activity, as well as individual
characteristics.

and appropriate nutritional plans for various training phases and athletic
competitions.

role of micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) in vital bodily functions
and athletic performance.

importance of adequate hydration and the impact of dehydration on athletic
