General Objective:

By the end of the Physical Culture course, the student should be capable of understanding and applying the principles and theories related to physical health and sports activity.

The learner should be able to identify the concept of physical culture and its fundamental components.

The learner should be able to recognize the benefits of physical activity on both physical and mental health.

The learner should be able to distinguish between different types of physical activities and their role in improving physical fitness.

The learner should demonstrate an appreciation for the importance of physical activity in daily life.

The learner should develop positive attitudes toward practicing sports as a lifestyle.

The learner should commit to regular physical activity to maintain their health.

The learner should be able to perform some basic physical exercises correctly.

The learner should improve their level of physical fitness through practiced exercises.

The learner should apply exercises to strengthen various muscle groups.
