This module is designed for second-year Bachelor's students specializing in Competitive Sports Training. It includes five lectures through which students are introduced to the concept of planning and programming in sports training, its types, the factors contributing to its success, and the main obstacles.

The module also addresses training cycles, provides an overview of the training season, and explores the concept of the training unit, its types, and the principles of sports training. By the end of the course, students will acquire a foundational knowledge base and practical skills related to planning and programming in sports training and how to utilize them for academic advancement at the university.
