It equips students with an understanding of fundamental concepts in scientific research, fosters critical analysis of information, and enables them to select the most appropriate research methods according to the specific context.

This intensive workshop is designed to guide Master's students in Literature and Civilization through the complex process of conceiving, researching, writing, and defending their dissertations. Building upon foundational research skills, the course will delve into the specific demands of scholarly writing within the humanities, focusing on developing a robust argument, mastering critical engagement with sources, and adhering to academic conventions. Through a combination of lectures, interactive discussions, practical exercises, and peer feedback, students will progressively develop the components of their dissertation, culminating in a polished draft of significant sections and a comprehensive understanding of the entire process.
