Specific Objective:
The student should be able to distinguish between the different back muscles and deduce the benefits of back muscle training along with the factors contributing to its effectiveness in enhancing athletic performance.

Operational Objectives:

  • The student should accurately differentiate between the major muscle groups of the back (such as the latissimus dorsi, trapezius, and erector spinae muscles).
  • The student should succinctly infer the benefits of back muscle training in improving athletic performance and reducing injuries.
  • The student should identify various back muscle training exercises and sequence them according to their importance and impact on physical performance.
