Lexicology
is a branch of linguistics that studies the stock of words (lexicon) and word formation in a given language.

Morphology
It is the scientific study of morphemes, which are the smallest significant units of grammar. It is the branch of linguistics concerned with word formation.

Phonetics
is the scientific study of the sounds of speech. It focuses on the production of sounds - how sounds are made, and on the reception of sounds - how the ear hears those sounds.
Phonology
makes use of phonetics in order to study how sounds are classified within the system of a particular language or languages.
