يندرج مقياس تقنيات الاتصال ضمن الوحدات التعليمية الأساسية في ميدان علوم الإعلام والاتصال، وهو مقياس موجه لطلبة السنة الثالثة ليسانس.
تكمن أهمية هذا المقياس في تمكين الطالب من التعرف على أنواع تقنيات الاتصال وإمكانية توظيفها انطلاقا من العوامل المحيطة بالظرف الاتصالي السائد، وكذا معرفة الأساليب وطرق الاتصال داخل المؤسسة وخارجها، وعلى المستوى المهني فان مقياس تقنيات الاتصال يمكنك من توظيف مختلف التقنيات الاتصالية الكتابية والشفوية والسمعية البصرية والتي تخص الإتصال داخل المنظمات وخارجها عن طريق التطبيق الفعلي لكل تقنية.

It requires the availability of a set of acquisitions and tribal skills for the learner related to: good control of the language, familiarity with the basics of communication and the environment of the institution.
